When will you restock?
Our next restock is expected around the end of August.
Please note: we do not provide exact dates, as restocks can be delayed.
We kindly ask you not to email us regarding restock timing.


🌍 Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to the countries listed during checkout.

How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:00 (3 PM) are shipped within 1–3 business days via DPD
Delivery times vary by country and may take several days.

How long does delivery take?
Due to ongoing global delays (including Covid-related disruptions), shipping may take longer than usual.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times at the moment.

Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
📬 Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as the email may land there.


📏 Product Sizing & Custom Requests

Can you make custom protectors?
No, we do not offer custom sizes. However, we regularly introduce new size options.

Can you recommend a protector for a specific item?
Sorry, we do not provide individual size checks. There are simply too many product variations to handle custom matching.
Some box dimensions may be listed in the product description.

Why aren't all sizes shown in the product details?
To protect our work and prevent others from copying our designs, we do not publish every size specification.
We’ve put significant effort into curating and producing our collection.


💳 Payments

Do you accept credit cards (Visa, etc.)?
No, we only accept the payment methods listed on our checkout page.
